Rev. Tim & Sharon Snavely
Rev. Timothy E. Snavely accepted the position as Senior Pastor, and to serve Attica Assembly of God, the community of Attica, and the surrounding areas on May 22, 2005.
Pastor Snavely grew up in the Assemblies of God, in a Pastors home, in the Southern Missouri and Oklahoma areas. He attended Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri where he studied Church Music. While at Evangel, he was involved in "Frontline" a Revival Time Ministry. While with "Frontline" he recorded two albums and ministered to many Assembly of God churches and A/G District Youth Camps across the country. It was through this ministry that he met his wife, Sharon.
Pastor Tim said... "We see such a great potential in Attica and surrounding communities. Being the only pentecostal church within a 10-12 miles radius, we have such an awesome responsibility to reach the lost. The harvest is ripe, and we must go harvest it before we lose the crop. Yet at the same time we must be planting the seeds for future harvest's."
Sharon has worked and ministered alongside Pastor Snavely throughout their ministry, which began in 1994. Pastor and Sharon consider themselves a team, and operate as such. While Sharon's ministry is more Administrative and behind the scenes, it is very much a vital part of their team ministry. Pastor and Sharon have been married 17 years and have three children, ages: 16, 12, 8.
